Employment 101 is a program tailored specifically for youth aged 13-17, focused on building vital skills for the workplace. Through virtual group sessions and one-on-one guidance, this program helps you explore your career interests and develop the tools you need to succeed.

Work Wise Essentials 

For Neurodiverse Adults

Work Wise Essentials is a 6-week employment readiness program designed for neurodivergent adults (18+) to build practical workplace skills and confidence. Through small-group, in-person sessions, participants will:

  • Build practical workplace skills 
  • Identify strengths, interests, and work preferences
  • Develop resumes, job applications, and interview skills
  • Strengthen workplace interactions and professional etiquette
  • Improve time management and organization
  • Learn about disclosure, accommodations, and next steps toward employment

The program supports individuals in planning clear next steps toward meaningful employment.
