Personalized Support for Youth & Adults 

Our Employment Consultation program provides individualized support for youth (13+) and adults who are motivated to work toward meaningful employment goals. Participants should have functional communication skills, access to a computer or tablet with internet, and the ability to navigate safely in the community.

• Resume development and job applications 
• Interview preparation and practice 
• Exploring career pathways, education, and volunteering opportunities 
• Building self-advocacy skills 
• Problem-solving barriers such as transportation or workplace accommodations 
• Setting clear, personalized employment or pre-employment goals

Work Wise Social 

For Neurodiverse Adults

Work Wise Social is a 6-week interactive workshop designed for neurodivergent adults to build social communication skills for the workplace. Through small-group, in-person sessions, participants will practice navigating workplace conversations, building connections with colleagues, and understanding social expectations in professional settings. The program focuses on strengthening confidence in social interactions to support success at work.

Employment 101 is a program tailored specifically for youth aged 13-17, focused on building vital skills for the workplace. Through virtual group sessions and one-on-one guidance, this program helps you explore your career interests and develop the tools you need to succeed.
