Audio-Visual & Testimonial Consent
I consent to the Geneva Centre for Autism and the Geneva Centre for Autism Foundation (hereinafter the “Centre”) recording, filming, photographing, audiotaping or videotaping my/my child’s name, image, work and/or performance, including any written, spoken or audiovisual testimonial, (hereinafter the “Works”) and to the Centre’s display, publication or distribution of the Works for marketing, publishing and/or posting on the Centre’s websites, buildings, social media sites, email communications, printed communications, and/or other forms of advertising or communication. This consent includes the right of the Centre to use, copy, modify, distribute and/or publish the Works without any further requirement for notice or compensation.
I waive any right to approve the use of the Works now or in the future, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of the Works. I agree that I will not hold the Centre responsible for any harm that may arise from any unauthorized use or reproduction of the Works
I confirm that the Centre has advised me that I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending an e-mail message withdrawing my consent to info@autism.net and that any refusal or withdrawal of my consent will not affect my/my child’s access to any of the Centre’s services, programs or activities.
