Designed for neurodivergent adults 18+, this innovative program offers both skills training and a paid work placement to help you build your path toward long-term success. Participants will build practical office administration skills while developing confidence and professional readiness.
Hands-On Experience for Real-Life Success
We believe that meaningful employment comes from meaningful preparation. That’s why this program combines four weeks of administrative job skills training with a four-week paid office placement right at Geneva Centre for Autism. Participants gain experience using digital tools, completing office tasks, and developing professional social skills to thrive in today’s workplace.
With a small group setting and personalized job coaching, participants are supported every step of the way from resume building to interview practice and on-the-job mentorship. Our goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and ready to take on an administrative role.
