For Youth Ages 8–12 | Online Weekly Group Sessions

Understanding and Managing Anxiety

Anxiety and worry are common for many youth. While these emotions are normal, sometimes they change into anxiety and start to interfere with everyday life. Join our free program that helps participants understand how their body responds to anxiety and how it can impact many areas of their life.  By gaining this awareness and learning management techniques, they will be better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

We are hosting five weekly online group sessions where youth can connect, share, and learn from one another in a fun and supportive environment.
